       * I Series Drives Are Solid Shaft Variable Speed With An Integral Mechanical

Variable Speed Sheave Arrangement (Fixed Center Distance). In The Model

Name The xx is Reserved For The horsepower and the fourth AND FIFTH

spaces indicate the gear ratio - S  Indicates Solid Shaft, The Next Two

Numbers Refer To The Axial Capacity And The Last Letter Indicates The

         Backspin Brake Torque Capacity (S=640 ft-lb; M=2000 ft-lb; and L=8000

ft-lb).  Example: Model 1504-S30M Is An Integral Variable Speed Drive; 50 Hp

         with A 4:1 Gear Reducer Ratio; 28,000 lb Axial Capacity; And A 2000 ft-lb

         Backspin Brake.

** The Actual Variable Speed Range Can Change Slightly With The

            Horsepower.

@ The Nonminal Motor  Horsepower Is Directly Related To The

Minimum Speed In The Speed Range
